Summer Short Term Mission
July 10-15, 2018
Cost: $750 (Church will support 1/3 for active EFC Irvine Members)

We will have 4 mandatory training sessions in the month of June. I will assign the dates once we have our team confirmed to see which dates work for everyone. Most likely it will be on Fridays at 5PM, or Saturday mornings.
In order to apply for the 1/3 financial support, you must be an active EFCI member, which means that you have been baptized, and you have been attending EFCI weekly for the last 3 months (70% attendance). You have to pay for the full amount first, then after the mission is complete you have to write up a one page reflection, turn it in to Pastor KC, then the church will write a reimbursement check for you afterwards.
If you are a parent and you want to join your child for the weekend, you can do that by signing up for the "City Impact Conference" that will happen on Saturday 7/14. Our entire mission team will be attending that conference and you may too. But you will have to take care of your own hotel and financial expenses. To secure your spot:
1) Write a check made payable to "EMCI" for $500 and give it to Pastor KC by April 29.
(The other $250 of the budget is roughly the price for the airfare that you will buy on your own. I will let you know which flight to book in early May.)
